About the Little Off the Square Theatre The Little Off the Square Theatre Started over ten years ago in downtown McKinney Texas, by Jesse Nichols and Jim Runge. Altho Jim has moved on to other ventures, Jesse has taken the theatre to new Heights. L.O.S.T. was McKinney's first full time theatre and then became McKinney's first full time Dinner Theatre, featuring all new and original material written and directed by Jesse.
